Trainee Surveyor
client is a leading construction company based in Bedford.
With a history dating back to 1972, they have established themselves as a prominent player in the UK construction industry, specialising in Flat and Pitched roofing, and construction projects.
They are currently seeking a Trainee Surveyor to join our dynamic team at their headquarters in Bedford.
What sectors will you be working across?
Pitched and flat roofing, and construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Undertaking site surveys and take-offs Measuring on site / taking photos Procuring all necessary subcontractor prices Participating in Contract Reviews with the Contracts Department upon project acquisition
Office and site based. (50/50 split)
Job Requirements: Valid driving license DBS clearance (provided by the Company) Must be able to work at heights You will have a keen interest to work in the construction industry.
