I’m looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a contract working around Cannock. This role will be for 3-4 months to begin with, with the possibility of a permanent contract after that. The contracts will be working on Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment schemes within tenanted propertiesThe Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:
Appraise RAMS
Arrange and complete inductions
Carry out weekly inspections
Manage subcontractors and direct labour teams
Ideally, I’m looking for a Social Housing Site Manager that:
Holds their SMSTS
Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
Has experience working in social housing, and on Kitchen and Bathroom schemes
In return, the Social Housing Site Manager will receive:
£26 – £27 per hour
3-4 months work, then a permanent position paying up to £42,000 a year
