Permanent site manager job for a commercial project near Kings Lynn
Your new company You will be working for a national contractor with an outstanding reputation in the local market. Your new role You will be the lead site manager on a commercial build project, located 20 minutes from Kings Lynn. You will be responsible for all site health and safety, monitoring site progress and ensuring deadlines are hit. You will be in charge of all site staff and subcontractors, ensuring the project runs smoothly and in line with policies and procedures outlined. What you’ll need to succeed You will be a commercial site manager, ideally with experience of building care homes. You will be a confident communicator, who is able to build relationships quickly with clients, contractors and senior management. Due to the systems utilised by this contractor, you must be confident using technology.
