Your new company A well known Tier One contractor who required a Site Manager to work on a commercial project in Derby City Centre.
Your new role As a Site Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Enforce safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.
Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.
Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.
What you’ll need to succeed
Recent experience working on commercial project worth over £100m
Previous tier one working experience desirable
Strong management of multiple tradespeople
SMSTS, First Aid & either a gold/black CSCS card
What you’ll get in return
£300 – £350 per day (PAYE rates slightly less)
5 days per week
Minimum of 6 weeks work, likely to be longer
