Experienced Fit Out Site Manager (Newcastle) – High-End Restaurants

Our client, a leading specialist in high-end restaurant fit-outs, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their Newcastle team. With a focus on delivering bespoke, luxury dining experiences, they offer a competitive salary of 50,000 – 65,000 per annum, plus company car, fuel card, expenses, food allowance, and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete fit-out process of high-end restaurants in Newcaslte, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong focus on high-end restaurant projects.
• Valid SMSTS qualification.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques specific to restaurant environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home on a 12 days on, 2 days off schedule (mostly).
