The role:
Supervise the installation of modular buildings
Pre tender site visits when required
Enforcing health & Safety on site
Control costs on site
Ensure projects are finished to the required standards and timeframe
Maintain site tidiness and organisation
About you:
Proven Site Manager experience
Previous modular experience
CPCS for lifting
Active SMSTS/CSCS certificate
Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations
