Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment and fit-out of high-end retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing luxury retail projects, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the on-site management of high-end retail refurbishment and fit-out projects from start to finish.
Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
Health & Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and ensuring their expectations are met.
Budget Management: Monitor project costs and manage budgets effectively to avoid overspending.
Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management for high-end retail refurbishment and fit-out projects.
Education: Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Technology: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
