The Flat Roofing Site Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of flat roofing projects within London and the Southeast. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in roofing and site management, capable of handling project coordination, team leadership, and problem-solving on-site.Package: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus, Company Car/Allowance, BenefitsLocation: In and around London/SouthKingsley Consulting are partnered with a highly respected and profitable roofing contractor, specialising in flat roofing projects. They have a solid reputation for delivering exceptional roofing solutions across London, Kent, and the surrounding areas.Role Overview:This role involves managing the day-to-day site activities to ensure the smooth running of contract works on flat roofing projects. The Site Manager will oversee operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to the required specifications, whilst maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain health and safety standards on site
• Conduct site inductions
• Open and set up sites, ensuring they are secure at the end of the day
• Ensure works are completed on time and to required specifications
• Coordinate material deliveries and supply
• Effectively address any site issues that may arise

Experience & Skills Required:

• SMSTS certification
• First aid qualification
• Valid driving licence
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Preferably experienced in flat roofing projects
