Bennett and Game are pleased to represent a rapidly growing, commercial property specialist based in Coventry, who are currently recruiting for a Senior Surveyor. Our client has a portfolio of around 600 commercial properties, mostly local but with some nationwide. You will be joining an ambitious team as the senior surveyor, managing a team of 6, consisting of Asset managers and property accounts staff. This opportunity offers the chance to join a smaller business, with promising growth ahead and the opportunity to progress to a more senior level in the future.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a demonstrated background within the commercial property sector, and experience managing a team would be desired. You must also be confident in dealing with clients and representing the business in a professional manner.

Senior Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: 50,000 – 55,000
• 25 days holiday + BH – also an option for 27 days
• Hybrid working

Senior Surveyor Position Overview

• Managing a team and a commercial portfolio
• Dealing with clients, landlords and tenants
• Reporting to one of the Partners
• Attending site visits

Senior Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must be able to commute to Coventry
• Previous experience within the commercial sector
• Experience managing a team is desired
• MRICS is not essential but envisaged
• Full UK drivers license
• Professional manner
• Good IT skills
