Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse sector?Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.Our client has recently secured a new scheme located close to Reading, Berkshire. The project has a contract value of £15 million and a duration of 12 months. The scheme is due to commence on site in late September and you will report to a site based Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
