Salary: Basic starting at £20,000 (up to £25,000 DOE), with commission and performance-based bonuses giving a realistic OTE of £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
   • Conduct property valuations and provide expert advice on market conditions and pricing strategies.
   • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, including conducting viewings, handling negotiations, and liaising with solicitors.
2. Sales Performance:
   • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the agency.
   • Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and local market knowledge.
   • Prepare and present properties effectively, using high-quality marketing materials and online platforms to maximise exposure.
3. Market Expertise:
   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including current trends, competitor activity, and relevant legislation.
   • Provide clients with accurate and insightful market appraisals, helping them make informed decisions.
4. Team Leadership:
   • Mentor and support junior negotiators, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills.
   • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the agency to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and client service.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   • Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures.
   • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property details, and transaction progress in the agency s CRM system.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate agency sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent client service.
• Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Surrey property market and relevant legislation.
• Technology: Proficient in using property management software, CRM systems, and online property portals.
• Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
