Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Slough, hybrid & Bristol/Stansted, hybrid (2x days per week on-site in Slough with travel to either Stansted or Bristol projects)
Position: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £50,000-75,000 per annum DOE

Go beyond a singular project with a leading design-and-build contractor headquartered in Germany with their UK head office in Slough. This is an excellent, long-term opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in client QS and commercial management across procurement, construction, completion and close-out.

In this role, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects from procurement through to completion and final account settlement, working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Lead subcontractor procurement, tender evaluations and contract administration
• Monitor project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Support project teams with commercial planning, reporting and risk management
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors

Who we’re looking for:

• Quantity Surveyor qualification and/or experience
• Experience with both JCT and NEC contracts
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
• Ideally, you’ll have main constructor-level experience
• QS-related groundworks and M&E experience are of advantage
