What You’ll Do:

• Lead cost management and quantity surveying services for high-profile projects
• Provide expert advice on contract management and procurement strategies
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
• Mentor and support junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• RICS membership (or working towards)
