We are working with an existing client who are an award winning contractor who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.
The Idea candidate would come from a new build / Design and Build background within Accommodation, Education and Local Authorities.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will
Aid, Implement and oversee the project costs – financial performance, ensuring profitability and growth objectives are achieved.
Commercial and supply chain activities and performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, cost and reported accurately. Making sure project specific strategies are in pro-actively managed.
Support the Commercial Sector Lead
Support negotiations of sector commercial agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers.
Undertake line management responsibilities – setting and managing standards and performance and ensuring effective communication.
