Job Description:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying for multiple construction projects
• Provide accurate costings and estimates for projects, ensuring they are in line with budgetary constraints
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management
• Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
