This medium-sized main contractor delivers new build, design & build, and refurbishment schemes across London and the South-East, covering sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, offices, super-prime residential and standard residential. Projects typically range from £2m – £15m in value.

Take overall ownership of the design process across multiple projects
Lead and mentor design managers and coordinators within the team
Chair high-level design meetings with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Ensure robust compliance with building regulations, technical standards and client requirements
Drive value engineering, buildability and innovation at pre-construction stage
Provide strategic input on bids, tenders and framework submissions
Resolve complex design and technical challenges across live sites
