The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will concentrate primarily on projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector, supervising a varied spectrum of international and regional projects encompassing high-tech clients, premium residential developments, municipal councils, developers, and esteemed academic institutions.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Ideally chartered, progressing to chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB,
• Significant experience in a construction, design and build project management role in a consultancy
• The ability to lead projects and teams

• Exceptional communicative skill
