As a Project Manager, you will be based within the Design and Build Team, responsible for the full project lifecycle, from bid stage through to project handover. You will oversee the on-site installation, support, and maintenance of specialist smart building technology across a number of well-established Client sites.You will have strong track record in managing systems projects. Delivering smart technologies including, Security Systems, Passive and Active Network Solutions, Audio-Visual, IoT and Wired, Wireless & Mobile Networks.You will have full P&L responsibility for the projects including planning and progress management and completing the projects on time and on budget.You will be an excellent communicator both written and verbal inspiring your team and building confidence in external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, other trade contractors and designers.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating on-site installations teams, liaising with site personnel to ensure all works are coordinated whilst managing all documentation. You will also provide consistently high levels of customer service, this being a vital part of the role, and achieved by working diligently to accurately interpret and deliver our customers’ needs.You will demonstrate your commitment to the health and safety of all our people and those impacted by our work.
