The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The Partners are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager who can excel in an Employer’s Agent role, with a focus on the residential sector. This firm, known for its strong presence in the property market, is managing an exciting array of both private and affordable housing developments ranging from 1m to 60m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing projects from inception to completion across diverse construction sectors.
• Exhibiting a deep knowledge of public sector procurement procedures.
• Cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships to support continuous business growth.
• Skillfully managing stakeholders to drive project success.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

• Construction related degree qualification
• Either MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM ideally or currently working towards
• A strong Project Management background within UK Construction Consultancies
• Residential sector experience is ideal but not crucial
