As an Associate Director, you will:

• Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, focusing on acquisition surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence (TDD).
• Deliver a wide range of building surveying services, focusing primarily on acquisition surveys and dilapidations.
• Work on diverse projects, including commercial refurbishments, industrial, retail, and residential developments.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships while generating new business opportunities.
• Play a key role in contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in Building Surveying with at least 5 years of experience.
• MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential.
• Strong business development and client management skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial in nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
