Role and responsibilities
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a small team, who are currently in the midst of building a collaborative and professional offering, who deliver a range of instructions to a plethora of client types across the Thames Valley area.
Your role as the chosen Senior Building Surveyor will encompass the full spectrum of building surveying services, with a particular focus on professional and technical duties, including dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys and defect diagnosis.
Person specification
MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A consultancy background with strong property knowledge
Strong written ability with business development skills
