Opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join this commercial multi-disciplinary consultancy. With a broad range of projects and professional instructions across a range of commercial sectors, they offer an excellent package and opportunities for progression.

Person Specification:

• Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or associated subject
• MRICS qualified with minimum of 2 years PQE
• You will have broad UK experience across a range of projects and professional instructions
• Experience within the commercial and industrial sectors

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing relevant surveying services to existing clients of the business across a range of sectors, as well as giving support and advice to other members of the Building Surveying Department. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Dilapidations
• Surveys
• Party Wall Matters
• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Building Pathology
• Schedules of condition
• Building inspections
• Acquisition surveys
• Business Development skills
• Maintenance & Refurbishment Projects

Salary & Package:

• Salary of £60,000 £75,000, DOE
• Over-target bonus
