Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a experienced School Site Manager for one of our partnered secondary schools in Ellesmere Port.

Position: School Site Manager

Location: Ellesmere Port

Start Date: ASAP

Term: Temp to Perm Contract, Full Time

Pay: £28,000 – £29,000

More information: We are seeking an experienced site manager for a secondary school based in Ellesmere Port to start as soon as possible. The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, hours can vary to fit around your needs but ideally between 8am and 3pm. You will be responsible for the general running of the site and full walk around and training will be provided.

The ideal candidate would have similar experience in a recent role and have a good understanding of policies, procedures and health safety around a school or large setting. You will be responsible for working alongside the school business manager and senior leadership team to ensure the school is running safely and efficiently.

You will be expected to work with external parties including outsourced maintenance teams and other parties to ensure any work carried out is completed to the satisfaction of the school.

To be considered for this role, we will need –

• Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
• A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
• A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us. (We will refund the cost of the DBS)
