MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Roofer to join a social housing contractor paying 19.29 per hour CIS with a company van and fuel card supplied. This role will be working within the responsive repairs team and will be covering the Skelmersdale area.
Working Hours Mon-Fri 8am-17:00pm with a half hour break.

Key Accountabilities will include:
Undertake repair/renewal roofing works
Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents and line manager
Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements
Remain up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of skill area
Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required
Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA
Hold a trade qualification in Roofing
A basic DBS check will need to be carried out if successful and a UKATA OR IATP Asbestos Awareness course will be required.
