28.71 per hour umbrella / 35 hours per week + expenses
The role:
A large Housing Association based in London are looking for 2 Repairs Inspectors to work within the Disrepair function. The stock is across London, Essex and Hertfordshire so you must be flexible to travel as required, but efforts will be made to keep you as close to home as possible
You will ensure the contractors and suppliers are providing a consistently high-quality repairs service as well as carry out scoping of works and subsequent post inspections compiling reports for completion
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience of working within the repairs sector, carrying out pre, post audit and quality inspections
Experience of contractor management
Experience of writing and disseminating technical reports
Good understanding of relevant legislation
