Harris Hill are pleased to be supporting a London animal welfare charity to recruit a Regular Giving Team Leader.
In this role you will lead the Regular Giving programme and work across a mix of donor acquisition channels and retention strategies to ensure sustainable income growth. You will manage a team of six Direct Marketing fundraisers and develop operational and strategic budgets and plans to optimise donor lifetime value.
Your key responsibilities will include;
Managing the regular giving programme across a range of products and channels
Increasing and maintaining the number of supporters through the effective operational management and implementation of the Regular Giving programme.
Managing the Regular Giving team to a high standard.
Developing, implementing and managing accurate budgets and operational plans for the Regular Giving programme
Develop the diversity of the programme through testing scalable and sustainable recruitment channels, product offerings and retention methods.
This position would suit a successful individual giving or direct marketing fundraiser with good knowledge of practice of both acquisition and retention techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your existing team leadership skills and manage a developing team to continued success. Experience of budgeting and forecasting 7 figure income and expenditure budgets would be beneficial.
