Our client is a well-established carpentry and joiner company based in London; due to their continued success they are now expanding their team and recruiting for an experience Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
Pricing and tendering for new projects
Managing commercial administration post-award
Preparing monthly valuations
Pricing and negotiating variations
Final account settlements
All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:
Previous experience in the carpentry / joinery sector
Have a background working for developers, main contractors, or subcontractors.
