We are excited to present a new opening for a Senior Project Surveyor to join our clients team in or around the Birmingham, Bristol, or Northampton areas.

Our ideal candidate:

• An experienced Senior Project Surveyor (minimum 2 years) with a client-side background.
• Experience within the industrial, education, and/or multi-room sectors is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
• Candidates should either have achieved a professional qualification or be working towards one. We have a strong record of supporting candidates through both the RICS and MCIOB routes to chartership.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A natural drive to succeed, as our client aims to achieve great things.
• A self-starter attitude, demonstrating determination, motivation, and the ability to think creatively and use initiative.
