We’re partnering with a growing residential construction specialist in London who are making waves in the high-end refurbishment market. With projects ranging up to 3m, this is a great chance for a Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just numbers on a spreadsheet, you’ll be hands-on, client-facing, and central to the success of each build.
Location: Office – Victoria/Westminster Sites – Central, West & North London Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 per annum Start date: ASAP

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a QS within residential construction (developer, main contractor, or D&B background).
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and contracts across multiple live projects.
Someone ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop alongside a growing business.
