We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a national facilities management provider, managing a range of projects. You will join an experienced team and take financial charge of projects.
The role:
Vet, appoint and negotiate subcontract packages for projects
Pre-contract pricing and agreement project costs, submission of cash flow forecasts
Prepare and agree CVR S / interim valuations and agree final accounts
Managing financial accounts and report to Senior Management on the project performance
Worked on Social Housing Schemes or have NHF Expertise
Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying, although other equivalent qualifications may be accepted such as HNC/HND if backed up with extensive work experience.
Good knowledge of measurement and valuations and standard forms of contract
