Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out, Refurbishment, New Build
• £50 – £55k + car allowance • Northwest based (Altrincham office based with travel to sites) • Projects will mainly be Fitout & Refurbishment but will include extensions and small new builds
• Duties: – Overall responsibility for all commercial aspects of projects – Estimating / Pricing Tenders – Supply chain procurement for projects – Producing commercial reports including but not limited to Monthly CVR s, End Life Forecasts, Monthly project Reviews – Payment applications Client & subcontractors including relevant notices, Variations etc – Review and guidance on contract documentation
Requirements:
Qualified to HNC or Degree Level
Experience working on Fit-Out, Refurbishment AND New Build projects
Worked on jobs with values of up to £2.5m
