Position: Property Maintenance Specialist
Location: Central Gloucester
Accommodation: 1-bedroom flat available for the right candidate (couples considered)

Bluestream People are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to manage and maintain high-end residential properties in central Gloucester. This role is ideal for someone with a trade background who is confident working independently and capable of delivering top-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of high-end residential properties, ensuring they are always in top condition.
• Coordination: Instruct and supervise tradespeople and maintenance services as needed, ensuring all work meets the required standards.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using mobile phones, PCs, and digital cameras to gather, store, and process information.
• Preventive Maintenance: Ensure a proactive approach to maintenance, upholding high standards of workmanship to prevent issues before they arise.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Trade Background: Prior experience in property maintenance, ideally from a trade background.
• Multi-skilled: Ability to handle multiple trades, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Independent Worker: Comfortable working alone, with excellent time management and self-motivation.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with power tools and garden equipment.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Driving License: Must hold a full driving license and have a vehicle.
• Tools: Possession of hand tools is required, and power tools are highly desirable.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel between properties within central Gloucester as needed.
