A top Main Contractor client of ours, a Modular Build business, has asked us to provide some commercial support ASAP.

– Are you an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new contract?

– Do you have Modular Build project experience?

– Fancy working with an elite project team?

Project Quantity Surveyors roles & responsibilities:

– Managing Client
– Payments / Variations
– Reporting
– CVRs
– Final Accounts

Project Quantity Surveyor experience required:

– Minimum 7 years Quantity Surveying experience
– Previous Modular Build project experience – desirable
– Degree educated or similar
– Excellent IT / reporting skills
– Strong communication skills
