Are you a Mechanical/HVAC Project Manager or have experience in Building Services? You will manage projects from cradle to grave in the retail sector predominantly in the Southwest.

This opening is for someone to utilise their M&E background and project management methodologies to support successful project handling and delivery for their blue-chip retail sector clients.

The company is a UK building services contractor, specialising in M&E, Installation, Design, Service and Maintenance of HVAC systems. The company is well established and is recognised for the service and delivery of projects of various sizes. The demand for a full-time Project Manager is purely based on growth.

The role involves essentially being a strong project manager building, motivating and encouraging ideas to successfully deliver multiple projects. You will support, strategies and identify with the engineering team issues and project impacts. It would be essential to bring a lean approach to projects and to ensure you deliver on time and within budget. Your contribution will be fundamental to the continuing success of this role and will come with a level of autonomy.

The Role:

Survey projects across the country

Prepare quotations based on requirements and contract obligations

Projects are met within timelines and resources are managed

Compliance of ISO9001 and responsible for H&S toolbox talks and audits

Candidate Requirements:

HVAC or Building Services Experience

Project management of up to £500k

Delivery of Multiple Concurrent Projects
