My client are Building Services and Refurbishment specialists, that have completed international projects valuing in the millions. Founded 1982, they are experts in every stage of a building life, from construction to refurbishment to repairs, they know the importance of high quality, modern, and cost-effective solutions to their clients problems. With clients such as NATO, the UK FCDO, and the Honourable Society of Lincon s Inn, they are well respected and trusted by major institutions. Now they are looking for someone to join their experienced team to take on project management for an exciting new ambassadorial residence.

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about seeing a project through from conception to delivery?

Do you understand the importance of bringing project through on time and in cost?

Do you posses the people skills to co-ordinate across the range of the projects, from clients and shareholders to the skilled tradesmen on site?

If you feel like you embody these qualities, then this might be the job for you! As my client are looking for Project Managers with NEC4 contract experience, with further experience of the Crown Commercial Services preferred. Candidates must have an excellent ability with timekeeping and organisational skills to ensure projects are completed swiftly and the right requirements. The right candidate must also have experience working alongside QS s, as a key role will be leasing with their internal team ensuring the project falls within budget.

Requirements:

• Project Management experience
• NEC4 contract experience
• Valid passport
• Experience with Crown Commercial Services (preferred)
• Organised
• Good social skills
• Willingness to travel overseas once per month
