We are looking for an adaptable Project Manager to steer the delivery of building services within a unique nuclear facility. As a Project Manager, you will be guiding a team of experienced and skilled professionals to meet timescales, monitoring project progress, commercially managing delivery partners, and delivering to cost, quality, and safety. You ll work in a dynamic environment offering opportunities to take on new challenges to learn and develop your skills as a Project Manager. You will be working within a matrix team to ensure project success thus enabling AWE s critical mission.

Location: This role is based at Aldermaston, RG7 4PR. We are located in the Berkshire countryside between Reading and Basingstoke. There is some potential for hybrid working in this role.
Salary: From £48,030 – negotiable depending on experience and suitability.

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post. The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. It can take several months for clearance to come through.
