Job Title: Project Manager – Modular Construction
Location: London/National Projects

A modular construction specialist is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery of a major volumetric modular development in London. The role will oversee installation, structural coordination and project handover, working closely with factory teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of a large-scale modular construction project from manufacture through to handover
• Coordinate module production, transport and site installation programmes.
• Oversee lifting operations, crane activities and installation sequencing.
• Manage structural interfaces including embed plates, steel connections and welding works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, CDM regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, defect management and final project handover.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, logistics providers and site teams.

Experience Required:

• Proven Project Management experience within modular or high rise construction
• Experience delivering large-scale residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of lifting operations, logistics and installation methodologies
• Knowledge of structural steel connections, welding and temporary works
• Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements
• SMSTS and CSCS Manager Card preferred
