Project Manager – Decarbonisation Retrofit

• Salary: Up £66k + £6k car allowance + 8% pension
• Location: Warwickshire

Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to work with one of the UK s leading property services companies. This Project Manager will be leading and delivering a high-profile decarbonisation retrofit programme across residential properties in Warwickshire, This is a pivotal role managing a range of retrofit and upgrade works including; insulation, roofing, windows, doors and heat pumps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of planned maintenance or retrofit works
• Define project scopes, schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Liaise with surveyors and consultants for condition surveys and technical specs
• Appoint and manage contractors and specialist subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to CDM regulations and health & safety policies
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance through regular inspections
• Issue works instructions, approve variations, and control project costs
• Communicate with residents regarding planned works and disruption
• Produce risk assessments, method statements, and ensure safe systems of work

What We re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent in Construction, Surveying, or Project Management (desirable)
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
• Previous experience working in Planned Maintenance
