The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships, prioritising the client’s needs over office-based tasks. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, the successful candidate will be adept at planning, team management, and preventing the snowballing of jobs.Project Manager

• Annual Salary: £40,000 (with salary review after 6 months)

Day-to-day of the role:

• Direct communication with clients to understand their needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Implement effective organisation and planning strategies using tools like Excel to manage projects efficiently.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the project goals and deadlines.
• Oversee the service delivery, ensuring high-quality standards are met and signing off on completed work.
• Utilise your damp proofing expertise to guide the planning and execution of projects.
• Proactively engage in the planning process to prevent job backlog and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a damp proofing background.
• Proven track record of effective client communication and relationship management.
• Strong organisational skills and proficiency in planning tools such as Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience in overseeing service delivery and quality control.
• A proactive approach to planning and problem-solving.
