BASIC SALARY: £45,000 – £55,000

LOCATION: Predominately based in the Bristol office, you will also be visiting sites across the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager / Concrete Repairs / Construction

As our Project Manager you’ll be working on award winning projects, overseeing and managing construction contracts for our business.

You’ll be the face of the company, Project Managing multiple multi-million-pound concrete repair projects closely with your clients from the pre-planning and liaising stage, through to project completion.

You will be:
Compiling contract plans, safety plans, method statements and risk assessments to the contracts team
Planning, programming and resourcing contracts
Liaising, negotiating and meeting with clients, consulting engineers, surveyors and sub contractors
Preparing quality bids, PQQs and other presentations

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Project Manager / Concrete Repairs / Construction

Ideally, you’ll have experience of concrete repairs, however, as a minimum you’ll have experience of Project Management within the construction sector. You’ll have working knowledge of current contract forms, acts and legislation, CDM regulations and employment legislation.

It’s likely you’ll have either a degree / NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction related disciplines.

In addition you’ll:
Have excellent planning and programming expertise
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrate strong profit and loss control
Hold a full UK driving license
