Role summary & experience required
My client is in the market for an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background of project implementation, ideally within the food manufacturing world, to help deliver on a number of upcoming projects.
Due to the nature of the projects themselves, candidates should evidence some or all of the following in their CV:
Sauce kitchen building upgrades
Production line commissioning
Server room upgrades and control system implementation
A combination of mechanical, building and EC&I experience would be best, but most importantly, they are looking for knowledge and experience executing projects on client side, including:
Contractor management and contractor control
CDM, RAMS, Permit to work, Auditing
Project Timeline management
Project Budget control
Technical skills:
Project Management Software Proficiency: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Basecamp.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
Budgeting and Financial Management: Planning and managing project budgets and financials.
Scheduling: Creating and managing project timelines and schedules.
Quality Management: Ensuring project deliverables meet the required standards.
Resource Management: Efficiently managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
