The client

For 150 years, my client has produced some of the world’s most beloved products. They are one of the largest global food and beverage companies, with a portfolio that is a diverse mix of iconic and emerging brands.

Role summary & experience required

My client is in the market for an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background of project implementation, ideally within the food manufacturing world, to help deliver on a number of upcoming projects.

Due to the nature of the projects themselves, candidates should evidence some or all of the following in their CV:

• Sauce kitchen building upgrades
• Production line commissioning
• Server room upgrades and control system implementation

A combination of mechanical, building and EC&I experience would be best, but most importantly, they are looking for knowledge and experience executing projects on client side, including:

• Contractor management and contractor control
• CDM, RAMS, Permit to work, Auditing
• Project Timeline management
• Project Budget control

Technical skills:

• Project Management Software Proficiency: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Basecamp.
• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Planning and managing project budgets and financials.
• Scheduling: Creating and managing project timelines and schedules.
• Quality Management: Ensuring project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Resource Management: Efficiently managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
