Salary: £35-45,000 dependent on experience

I am actively seeking a driven Project Architect to join a leading RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice in West Yorkshire. The successful Project Architect will have extensive experience boasting a strong portfolio of a range of projects, proficiency with industry standard software, proven record of job running and across the RIBA stages.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB registered / RIBA qualified
• Extensive post Part Three UK based Architectural experience
• Proven track record of working on retail, commercial leisure or similar projects
• Substantial experience job running
• Boast design flare and creativity
• Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
• Excellent leadership skills
• Be able to hit the ground running
• Proficiency with CAD and ideally Vectorworks software
• Experience working across the RIBA stages
• Great technical abilities
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
• Develop project briefs
• Present design proposals
• Strong problem solving skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
• Keen to input to company growth
• Live locally to West Yorkshire area
