Role Overview:

My client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a variety of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed design drawings, plans, and models.
• Contribute to the development of project concepts and design proposals.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential project information.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting ideas and designs effectively.
• Research materials, construction techniques, and sustainable practices.
• Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
