Konker is recruiting for a Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA practice based in rural Somerset/Exmoor. Due to a variety of new projects coming into the practice, they are seeking a Part 1 Architectural Assistant who lives within a commutable area to join them. This practice of 7 works on a wide variety of projects across Devon & Somerset including barn conversions, bespoke new builds, listed & historic buildings plus much more. They will provide mentoring/support for your further education too. Please note for this position you will need to live local to the office or have your own car/driver’s license. Working across all RIBA Stages
Using Vectorworks (Training Given)
Liaising with clients and different stakeholders
Project Management & Contract Administration
Helping other colleagues in the office
The salary for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant position is between £22,000-£25,000 depending on previous experience. To Be Considered:- Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Hold BSc or BA Hons in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 Accreditation)
