Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join the team, to undertake works across the York areas. These works will be undertaken as a team or as individuals. You may also be asked to assist on response works on occasions when needed.
The Job:
The role involves carrying out maintenance, repairs, and planned works in both void and tenanted properties, with responsibility for the following key duties:
Kitchen Fitting Installing and replacing kitchen units, worktops, and appliances as required
Plumbing Tap, Basin and Toilet changes. Repair faulty/leaking pipework.
