Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent position.
This position will provide a van, fuel card and PDA, operating in Cambridge covering void properties only.
Responsibilities of the Multi Trade Operative (Mobile):
Providing building fabric maintenance expertise across several clients, mostly within residential properties
Undertaking minor and major building repair works under the following trades:
Painting and Decorating
Plumbing
Carpentry
About you as the Multi Trade Operative (Mobile):
Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
Recognized qualifications in relevant trades
Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
