AllPro Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to work on large social housing contracts across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing, long-term work with a reputable contractor.
Key Responsibilities
General all-round property maintenance
Kitchen and bathroom rip-outs
Radiator replacements
Garden posts
Repairing leaks
Replacing taps and mixer showers
Wall and floor tiling
Carpentry
Painting and decorating
Plastering
Working at heights and using ladders where required
Requirements
Proven experience in multi-trade work
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
Own tools required
Own van required
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am 4:00pm
40 hours per week
Pay & Benefits
£180 £200 per day
Free or subsidised travel
Free parking
