We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association. My Client are currently looking for Multi Traders to carry out maintenance repairs across the Hemel Hempstead area.
Duties will include: – Plumbing, Carpentry, Door Hanging, Skirtings, UPVC and Lock repairs (Also required to do Patch Plastering)within social housing – minor repairs.
The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector. This role is a re-active role with a van & fuel card supplied.
This position will be permenant.
