We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor for our Main Contractor Client. The position is a key role within the business and involves tendering the MEPH packages on new projects and assisting in managing sub-contractor variation accounts. The role is based in Central London Offices with site visits as necessary, typically all within Zone 1.
The majority of our client s projects are based in Central London and across multiple sectors including CAT A and B office fit-out, high end residential, schools, hotels and the leisure sector, private clients, and are mainly procured on a negotiated or two stage basis. Combined MEPH package contract values typically range from circa £3m to £15m in value.
As a main contractor, our client constructs new buildings, alters, refurbishes and remodels existing buildings, and fits out interior spaces.
