Role Summary:
The Managing Director (MD) will lead the company s daily operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. The MD will maintain the company s focus on quality and client satisfaction while driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategies to foster growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee production processes, quality control, and customer service to ensure high standards.
• Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a cohesive team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Financial Management: Manage budgeting, monitor financial health, and work closely with finance teams to ensure profitability.
• Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and partnerships to support growth.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards, workplace safety, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership abilities with skills in strategic planning and project management.
• Financial acumen, including budget management and profitability analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing materials or custom production processes is beneficial.
